Our warranties for all our vehicles come in a 6 month or 1 year format depending on your purchase. We handle all warranty claims ourselves. No need to contact manufacturer, importer nor anybody else. Who handles labor for the warranties?

We do. We have certified technicians on staff that will assist you with all parts, diagnosis and repairs. Most online vendors will not cover labor charges in their warranties. They will recommend a small engine mechanic in your area that might not even have the necessary knowledge or experience to repair your vehicle. Trust us, we have heard horror stories. They will make YOU responsible for all labor charges and YOU will have to pay for them. At Xplicit Motorsports we count with a full service, parts and repair shop. The cost of labor? It’s on us, you pay nothing. Avoid all hassles and extra charges, please pay us a visit.

Do the vehicles come with a title?

Yes. Once you receive your unit you will then obtain your title. No need to wait at all. Other vendors will make you wait at least 2 days to get you a title.

Do I have to register my Off Road Vehicle?

The answer to this question is Yes and No. That is, registration requirements vary by state. For example, In the state of Texas all off road vehicles are not required to be registered, but have to be titled. The title fee is of $33.00. Go Karts and UTVs are not required to be titled or registered. For more information please visit the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) website at www.dot.state.tx.us .
Please NOTE: Xplicit Motorsports encourages all riders to register their vehicles if their state offers registration. In most cases a portion of the registration fee goes towards trail and road maintenance. Further, having your vehicle registered makes it easier to access things like your VIN number in the event your vehicle is stolen.

How do our Scooters match up to the big guys …

Our scooters are driven by us and we test every style we sell. We are more confident than ever before about the quality of our scooters because we have seen the progression of manufacturing detail. Over the years experience has taught us what Chinese brands are reliable and which are not. We understand there are a lot of brands out there. But we feel confident that the brand we carry is among the best. Good consistent quality, availability of parts, very few repairs, affordable and competitive prices.

What can I do to be safer on my Vehicle?

That is an excellent question. Xplicit Motorsports is a family oriented organization. As such, we take safety seriously. Safety is every rider’s responsibility. As an rider you are responsible for the safe operation of your machine. However, most of us forget that we also have a civic responsibility for the safety of others, especially children. Simple things like reminding other riders to bring their helmets, discouraging riders from attempting any trail or road they are not completely comfortable in navigating and riding in groups are just a few small things that can be a big help.
We have assembled the following list of safety tips from various sources. We hope that you find them not only helpful but that you will find them of use. If you have a tip that you would like to share with others, send it to us and we will add it to this list. Just go to the contact page and either call us or send us an email.
If you would like to receive some additional information on Off Road Vehicle safety, the National Off-Highway Vehicle Conservation Council (N.O.H.V.C.C.) has some excellent publications available. Click this link to visit their safety publications page: www.nohvcc.org .
The ATV Safety Institute also has some excellent publications available. Click this link to visit their safety publications page: www.atvsafety.org . In addition to safety publications, the ATV Safety Institute offers rider training.

  • WEAR SAFETY GEAR - Wear a helmet, eye protection and other protective clothing suitable to the environment at all times. Without proper safety equipment you are putting yourself at unnecessary risk. Further, many of the trails and roads require the proper use of safety equipment in order to ride. A helmet, eye protection, gloves, over-the-ankle boots, long sleeve shirts and long pants are all important parts of your safety gear when riding.
  • NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS - Do not use alcohol or other drugs when you ride. Operating any vehicle while drinking or using drugs is not only unsafe, it is illegal.
  • OBEY THE LAW - Learn the Vehicle laws in your state and those in the areas you will be riding. Knowledge of the laws will not only help keep you safe but it may help you avoid an expensive ticket or worse.
  • OBEY THE RULES - Obey posted signs and stay on the trails or roads. The quickest way for you to be banned from most riding areas is to fail to follow the trail rules and signs. Further, venturing from marked trails can result in a rider coming face to face with unexpected obstacles such as ditches, drop offs, cliffs, trees, etc. Not smart and not safe!
  • WATCH YOUR SPEED - Always ride at a safe and responsible speed. Know your abilities and don't exceed those levels. Riding at excessive speeds not only endangers you but others around you.
  • NO PASSENGERS - Do not carry passengers on your ATV. Most ATV's are designed for a single rider only. Carrying passengers on an ATV designed for a single rider can upset the balance of the machine and make it more likely to tip or roll over. Some of the newer ATV's are specifically designed for two riders. The wheelbase on these machines is longer. There is a reason for that, safety!
  • GET TRAINED - Do not let young or inexperienced riders operate any vehicle without training and supervision. An Off Road Vehicle is a fun machine to ride. However, they are powerful machines and can get away from inexperienced riders just like a motorcycle or automobile can. You wouldn't let someone drive a car without first having some training. Treat an Off Road Vehicle with the same respect. This is especially true for children.
  • MAINTAIN A SAFE DISTANCE - Always maintain a safe distance between riders. Tailgating can lead to collisions and injuries just as it does with automobiles on the road. Give the rider in front of you some space. You never know when they will have to stop quickly or turn sharply to avoid an obstacle. This gives you time to react to the obstacle as well.
  • NEVER RIDE ALONE - Ride with others and let someone know where you are riding. Never ride alone. The same rules apply to many things you do and it should be no different when you are operating your Off Road Vehicle. You never know when you will need help.
  • CHECK THE WEATHER - Be informed of local weather conditions. Many of us forget that the weather has a dramatic affect on the trails we ride. Rain makes trails muddy and slick, snow hides obstacles and ice, sun causes burns and dehydration, etc. Dress and equip yourself appropriately for the weather.
  • KNOW THE AREA YOU RIDE IN - Be aware of riding areas potential hazards. Are there hidden obstacles on the trails? How deep is that water? How steep is that hill? The better you know the terrain and trails in the area you will be riding the safer you will be. If you don't know the area, find someone who does and ride with them the first few trips. Not only will you be safer but you will learn the trails quicker.
  • CHECK YOUR EQUIPMENT - Make sure your equipment is in top working order. Do the brakes work? Are my tires properly inflated? Is there any damage to the unit? Check you equipment before you go. The worst time to find out something doesn't work is when you need it.
  • CARRY A MAP - Carry a map of the trail or area you intend to travel. It is no fun to get lost. Getting lost can result in your trying to navigate areas above your skill level in an attempt to get back. If you can't get a map get a GPS. Most modern GPS's have a "track back" feature that will allow you to retrace your ride and get back to where you started.
  • RIDE THE RIGHT ATV - Most manufacturers recommend certain size Off Road Vehicles for certain ages. Most manufacturers recommend an Off Road Vehicle less than 110cc for children under 12, a 125cc Off Road Vehicle for children 12 to 14 and an Off Road Vehicle larger than 150cc for people over 16. An Off Road Vehicle that is too large for the rider can be dangerous. Smaller children do not have the strength to control a large vehicle in difficult situations.
  • USE COMMON SENSE - If all else fails, ask yourself, should I do this? If the answer is NO or I AM NOT SURE then DON'T do it. You have nothing to prove to anyone. Stay safe to ride another day.

Can i register or title my pocket bike or toy motorcycle (gasoline or battery-powered scoooter), and drive it on the street?

Most of these vehicles do not pass a vehicle safety inspection and, therefore, cannot be registered or driven on public roads. A secure Manufacturer’s Certificate of Origin issued by a manufacturer registered with NHTSA is required to title any motorized vehicle.
